CHIP, an acronym for Complete Health Improvement Project, is an affordable, 30 day lifestyle education program with thousands of graduates worldwide.

Vegetarian Cooking Classes

Cooking classes for both children and adults are held reguarly at North Perth Church.

Learn how to prepare simple vegetarian food - quick, economical, delicious, and healthy.

Nutritionists now recommend the use of more plant foods, including legumes (the bean, pea and lentil group) for diabetics, weight watchers, vegetarians and meat eaters. 

Kaye and Maria have been teaching vegetarian cooking for many years. They are trained Community Health Education Presenters who provide and demonstrations, give taste tests and recipes to attendees.
